Channel Description:

I'd like to keep it simple. I am an incoming senior Marketing Management student in the University of Santo Tomas. I am continuously challenging myself to learn and grow every single day through various activities. I love good conversations. I enjoy talking to older people of different walks of life most of the time since I learn so many things from them and they obviously are more equipped with life's lessons. I love photography, reading good books, and cooking. TV's my bestfriend too as long as it's tuned in Discovery Channel, Natgeo, Discovery Travel and Living, Bio, or the History Channel. I'm starting to like channel news Asia too. I'm in the process of understanding and improving myself; learning to listen more but not necessarily talking less, smiling more often, and keeping in touch with friends. I like it this way. And, best of all, I'm happy. What: Philippine Junior Marketing Association's Year-End Bash

    When: March 27, 2010

vENUE: LAX Superclub Seaside SM Mall of Asia

When it comes to showing university and college students the time of their lives, the craft of Philippine Junior Marketing Association are without equal. The Philippine Junior Marketing Association (PJMA) is the official youth affiliate of the elite Philippine Marketing Association (PMA), and the national alliance amongst different Junior Marketing Association (JMA) organizations of marketing management students from different colleges and universities spread within Metro Manila as well as from nearby provinces.

Set on the 27th of March 2010, PJMA will once again break boundaries of history as it unfolds its greatest of all time year-end party celebration for college students. The annual Year-End Bash of PJMA dates back to 2007 and had since then been the most awaited event before everyone cooks off for summer. This year’s Year-End Bash entitled “LUSH...

What: Ocampo - Morabe Pre-Nup Pictorial Where: Tahanan Village, Paranaque When: February 28, 2010 Photographer: Kristel Gonzales I didn't expect I would do this kind of pictorial this early in my photography journey. Mae Ann has been my friend ever since high school and now, she's getting married! OMG! We're getting old, dear high school friends, we're getting old. :) When I was taking their pictures, I knew right away that my friend is going to marry the right guy. I don't exactly know his background coz I just met him today but by the look in their eyes everytime they smile for the shots, I know, and I can feel, that they are happy together. People may say so many things when you ask them to define happiness. Happiness is having a good comfortable life, happiness is getting promoted in the job, happiness is blahblahblah. I learned the real meaning of happiness today: it is following your heart. No matter what happens, no matter what people say, if you know well that ...

Hello guys. A friend of mine, who happens to have a friend who's one of the organizers of the NatGeo Earthday run, invited me to cover the event this coming sunday and said I can invite more photographers who might be interested to contribute their time and talent for this event. Allow me to clarify some points:

    1. This is event is for an NGO so we might not be compensated as volunteer photographers.
    2. "The photos will be used for music video and documentation campaigning for climate change adaptability. So i guess the appeal is emotional - showing passion to take part in resolving climate crises.

    Event: Natgeo Earth Day Run
    When: April 18, 2010
    Time: 4:30AM to 8:30AM
Venue: SM MOA (assembly at the parking lot beside IMAX)
    No. of Participants: 5,000"

This was quoted from the latest update chain by my friend's friend.

    3. "Just don't forget to put your names and contact details in your photo CD so they can acknowledge you when any of the photos are used." - Here's another thread, so I guess ...

Ten hours - It took us more than ten hours to get to one of the most spectacular sites not only of the Philippines but of the whole world. Seeing such a beautiful scenery was worth every minute. I cannot put to words how Banaue got me. It made such a huge mark not only in my heart but to my whole being. I went to Banaue with two Singaporean friends and I felt so proud to belong to the same race that built this heaven on earth with their own hands and sweat without the threat of slavery. This site truly is a work of love and faith. Meeting and interacting with the locals was another experience that humbled greatly. The locals of the Batad tribe woke me up to great realities of existence. I felt so ashamed when I think back and remembered how I complained about so many things in life when I was in fact blessed with so much more. We started hiking around 6:30 in the morning and it was tough and rough. But we were really lucky to have one great local guide - Kuya Rafael Nadiahan,...

Last year, a million young school children’s education was disrupted and about 2,800 pre-school classrooms were destroyed due to the typhoons Ondoy and Pepeng. The Bottle School Run is a distinctive race for seasoned and beginner runners, alike, as it provides them an opportun...ity to become advocate runners who could champion an honest cause, a solution that can change the world. It sets a symbolic backdrop where the chase of each participant runners for individual personal record enables beneficiary children chase their dream of obtaining education. My sincerest thanks to Mr.Illac Diaz for giving us this opportunity to cover this event for MyShelterFoundation. All proceeds of this noteworthy race will be used to replace and rebuild a damaged school in Taguig using a ground-breaking architectural model – school classrooms mainly made of soda PET bottles.
